Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant for a 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Chester, VA. The role provides direct resident care, emotional support, and adheres to care plans under supervision.

Shifts include 3:00p–11:00p with 8-hour or 12-hour options; wage ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with shift differential. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, benefits after 30 days, and comprehensive PTO.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program.
• GED guidance may be provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care as assigned according to the resident's care plan and supervisor directions.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies; adhere to Nursing Policies and Procedures.
