Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care in a skilled nursing facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will support residents’ physical needs and emotional well-being, following care plans and policies, under supervision.

We offer flexible shifts 3:00p–11:00p and 11:00p–7:00a, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time opportunities exist, plus comprehensive benefits and growth programs.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing under state law.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program; GED guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and emotional/social support to residents in a SNF.
• Perform direct care per resident care plan and follow health and infection control policies.
