Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on safety, emotional support, and meeting residents’ physical needs according to care plans, with supervision from a licensed nurse.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Shifts include evenings 3:00p–11:00p, with $20.00 per hour. The facility offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within applicable state laws.
• High school diploma or GED or active enrollment in a high school program.
• GED guidance and resources available from the employer to support credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a skilled nursing facility.
• Deliver direct care to residents as assigned per care plans and supervisor instructions.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
