Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care and document tasks performed.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Dependability, tact, patience, and ability to follow instructions.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, escort services.

Responsibilities

• Observe client functioning and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship, socialization, and housekeeping.
• Assist with medication reminders and prompting.
• Help with meal planning, shopping, and food preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and infection control.
