Job summary

Alc-Health-Care-Servicios seeks a part-time caregiver to support clients at home under supervision of the Home Services Coordinator. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to ensure client comfort and safety.

We value dependable, self-directed individuals with good communication skills who can follow plans of care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. In-person work location is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care and document tasks performed.
• Be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate dependability, tact, patience, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, escort services.

Responsibilities

• Observe client functioning and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship, socialization, and housekeeping services.
• Assist with medication reminders and verification of taken meds.
• Document care accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend required in-service programs per Agency policy.
