Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Illinois

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk a majority of shift

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Serve meals and assist with feeding
• Document care and observations accurately
• Communicate with patients, families and healthcare team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
