Kruse Village is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing community and provide hands-on care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and work closely with licensed nurses to deliver high‑quality care with compassion.

We value teamwork, reliability, and ongoing training. Active CNA certification is required in the state of employment; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide person-centered, respectful, timely care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including ADLs and mobility support.
• Support clinical excellence by accurately documenting vital signs and care data.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietary staff, therapists, and leadership to ensure high-quality care.
