Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team; document care provided.
• Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.
