Shrewsbury Rehabilitation and Nursing at Southgate in Shrewsbury, MA seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care, including daily living activities, hygiene, and comfort. You will work closely with the care team to maintain dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Perform vital signs and record resident data accurately.
• Assist with ADLs, including mobility, transfer, and positioning.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and respect resident's rights.
• Report changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in resident care conferences and other facility meetings as assigned.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing education and training.
