Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification (required).
• CPR Certification (required).
• PPD Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility for comfort and dignity.
• Health monitoring: observe changes and report to supervisor.
• Household support: light cleaning and meal prep for a safe home.
• Transportation: safe rides to errands, appointments, social events.
• Companionship: conversation and engaging activities for client well‑being.
• Care plan implementation: follow individual care plans consistently.
• Team collaboration: communicate with families and care teams.
