Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, medication assistance, and reporting changes in client condition.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if driving.
• Nurturing and compassionate with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Assist client with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support self-administration of medications where required.
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition.
