Clarity Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to private-pay clients across Northeast Wisconsin. Starting pay is $21/hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities and flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Previous experience providing personal care.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers and other personal care tasks.
• Follow individualized Care Plans to ensure safe, respectful support.
• Assist with meals according to dietary requirements.
• Promote independence and meaningful daily engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Recognize changes in health or support needs and communicate with supervisors.
• Respond to emergencies and provide dependable coverage.
