Cooperative Care is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to support community members in their own homes across central Wisconsin counties. We value compassion, patience, and a true desire to help others, from simple conversations to daily living tasks.

We offer flexible schedules and competitive wages starting at $16.50–$17.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential for overnights and weekends. Benefits include paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, holidays,

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school or equivalent diploma.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Must be willing to travel at least 30 miles from home.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, engage in conversations, games, reading, and activities.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and organize tasks for clients.
• Remind about medications and monitor client comfort and safety.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed.
• Respect client dignity and maintain professional boundaries.
