Essentia Living Center in Fosston, MN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to skilled nursing residents. This 0.8 FTE position involves a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift, with every other weekend and holiday rotation; generous weekend differentials are available.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, assisting with nutrition, quickly reporting changes to the shift nurse, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while safeguarding residents from abuse.

Formación

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtainable within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment for residents.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to the shift nurse.
