Priority Management Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Houma, LA. The CNA will deliver daily resident care, assist with personal needs, and support activities to promote recovery and well-being in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid certification in good standing.
• High School graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides residents’ personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assists with travel to the bathroom; helps with showers and baths.
• Assists with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Assists with lifting, positioning and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc., following safety needs.
• Participates in meal service including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining room; ensures proper positioning and utensils; delivers snacks and hydration.
• Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; records intake/output.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Keeps resident information confidential and adheres to policies and regulations.
