Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in Austin, Texas.

You will assist with bathing, feeding, and daily tasks, observe and report changes, measure vital signs, and contribute to resident care plans under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

A high school diploma is preferred and CNA license is required; prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold valid CNA license.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and daily care.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms, changes, or conditions to Charge Nurse.
• Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedures.
• Detect and report situations that may cause accidents or injuries.
