Job summary

Pflugerville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per assessments and care plans, including bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

This on-site role requires a valid CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior long-term care experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe, report, and document residents' condition and changes to Charge Nurse.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Contribute to and follow resident care plans and policies.
