Job summary

Hanley Foundation, a West Palm Beach-based non-profit, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our patient care team. This full-time CNA reports to the Director of Nursing and helps monitor and support patients unable to perform daily living activities.

Schedule: Wednesday–Friday 2pm–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 6am–2pm. The role requires two years of experience, CNA certification, and a dedication to HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-approved CNA certification training course.
• Minimum of two years of experience required.
• If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Hanley Foundation Health Care Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain client confidentiality per policy.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, toileting, dental hygiene, ambulating, transferring, feeding.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Prepare daily reports and document patient information.
• Help cognitively impaired patients navigate campus and attend appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
