Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care under supervision. You will assist residents with daily activities, transport to therapy and doctor visits, and respond promptly to call lights.

The role requires CNA certification, reliable attendance, and excellent English communication. Weekend availability is required, with rotation every other weekend or one day every weekend.

Qualifications

Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm; able to handle residents appropriately.

Responsibilities

Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and other events; transport as needed.
Answer call lights promptly.
Attend in-service programs and meetings as directed.
Assist residents with hygiene and bathing per policy.
Follow infection control procedures when isolation is necessary.
Chart required information each shift.
Present a professional image to residents and consumers.
Adhere to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.
Protect consumer/resident rights.
