Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to support residents across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. This role offers Full-Time & Part-Time Evening schedules with competitive hourly pay and shift differential.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and help implement therapeutic activities while adhering to infection control protocols. Immediate opportunity to join a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Monitor health including routine vital checks.
• Encourage resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
