Care Initiatives is hiring Certified Nurse Aides to join a compassionate care team across Iowa. We offer full-time/part-time evenings with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential.

You will support daily living activities, provide companionship, communicate with residents and families, monitor health, and promote engaging activities while upholding infection control protocols. Qualified CNAs hold Iowa certification or are able to activate it; a patient, respectful demeanor and teamwork

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Perform routine vital checks and health monitoring.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain safety.
