Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. This full-time night shift offers a competitive hourly rate with shift differential, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, monitor health via routine vital checks, and engage residents in therapeutic activities while collaborating with families

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Conduct routine vital checks for health monitoring
• Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
