Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening shifts. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive shift differential up to $4/hr, with advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a clean, safe environment in a warm, resident-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communications with medical staff
• Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following proper infection control procedures and maintaining an organized and stocked work area
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
