Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communications with medical staff.
• Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and keeping work area organized and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
