Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality personal care to residents, assist with daily activities, and support a warm, patient-centered environment.

This full-time position offers day or night shifts, 12-hour schedules with rotating weekends, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a shift differential of up to $4 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide vital signs and monitor residents' conditions to ensure health and wellbeing
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises to maintain function
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident care and incidents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, families, and caregivers
