Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a facility setting. The role involves following the Interdisciplinary Care Plan, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting a clean, homelike environment alongside a supportive nursing team.

A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered. Shifts include 8- or 12-hour options (7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM). Must meet state CNA certification requirements and maintain professional interactions with

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral instructions.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Must have current certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Signs in per facility protocol.
• Checks residents and makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Assists residents with meals and personal care to ensure cleanliness, dignity, and nutrition.
• Provides assistance with bathing, toileting, and daily activities per care plan.
• Documents information timely and communicates with licensed staff as required.
• Attends required in-services and staff meetings as needed.
