Complete Care at Sheridan Commons in Chicago, IL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide comfort, and support their independence in a warm, respectful environment.

Weekend options are available and there is an option to get paid daily. You will work closely with the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to deliver high-quality care and ensure resident well-being.

Formación

• Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Teamwork and Independence: The proven ability to work independently when necessary, as well as being a strong and collaborative part of a group environment.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer functions and data entry to assist with documentation.
• Experience (Preferred): While previous long-term care experience is preferred, it is not required. We welcome dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning residents.
• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep living areas clean and safe for residents.
• Accurate Documentation and Reporting: Complete reports and records timely and accurately.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Follow state and federal guidelines and regulations in care delivery.
• Collaborative Team Player: Support the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to ensure smooth operation.
