Qualifications
- Certified Nurse’s Aide Certification and active with state Nurse Aid Registry.
- Basic First Aid Training.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor health, safety and well-being by taking and recording vitals and reporting changes to supervisor.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, walking, and use of mobility aids as needed.
- Document changes in residents’ functional status and needs; manage records of chargeable services.
