Job summary

Homestead of Kingfisher is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care in a supportive senior living community. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and communicate with the care team to ensure individualized plans.

This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and reliable care. You must hold a valid CNA certification and be able to lift and transfer residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Monitor resident vital signs, report changes to RN or LPN, and document as necessary
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, as needed
• Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and wellness
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including daily cleaning and disinfection of resident areas
