Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at our Norman, OK location. You will support daily routines, assist with activities of daily living, and help create a home-like environment while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document care accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents during assigned shift, maintaining dignity and safety.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition and needs.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems, alarms, and safety alerts.
• Assist with continence management and maintaining sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve meals and assist residents with dining; monitor appetite and intake.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating.
