Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• At least 1 year of paid or volunteer elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Assist with lifting, turning, transferring and positioning residents.
• Assist with dining room services, meal tray delivery and feeding assistance.
• Monitor residents' physical and cognitive wellbeing and report changes.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake per policy.
• Participate in life enrichment activities and provide meaningful engagement.
• Document resident care timely and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and updates.
