Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a part-time CNA in Indiana to provide compassionate daily care for residents. The role emphasizes companionship, dignity, and individualized attention, working closely with nursing staff to deliver safe, respectful support in a homelike setting.

The successful candidate will hold an active Indiana CNA certification, perform routine ADL assistance, and help promote residents’ comfort, mobility, and nutrition while contributing to a supportive team

Qualifications

Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote independence.
Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Monitor and report changes in residents' well‑being.
