Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health, record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Foster resident engagement and companionship to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Assist with medication reminders under supervision of licensed staff.
