• Ability to lift and move residents and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in EHR.
• Report changes to nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding and preparing meals; provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
