Job summary

Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate direct care in a resident-focused environment in Sequim, WA. You will support residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and hygiene according to individualized plans of care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required (OBRA acceptable from other state).
• Ability to read, interpret and follow care plans written in English.
• Ability to lift and assist residents according to safety policies.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per care plans.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing and mobility.
• Assist with ADLs and feeding as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to RN.
• Document resident status and plan of care per facility policy.
• Maintain resident rights, safety and a homelike environment.
