Job summary

Covenant Health's LeConte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Medical Unit. This full-time role (72 hours per pay period) on the day shift provides hands-on patient care under RN supervision and supports ADLs, comfort, and safety for a group of patients.

The CNA will record vitals, assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and routine tasks, while adhering to infection control policies and using proper documentation practices.

Qualifications

• CNA licensure required by hire in Tennessee.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospital patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and measurements.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support nurses in bedside care and patient comfort.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment and equipment.
• Document clinical information according to policy.
• Greet and respond to patient needs and requests.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
