Job summary

Qualifications

• Tennessee CNA license required upon hire.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vitals and intake-output measurements.
• Ambulate and assist patients in bed or wheelchair and transport as needed.
• Provide ADL support and personal care.
• Attend to nutritional needs, meal assistance, and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and assist with safety.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to RN and document care.
