Capitol Hill Healthcare in Montgomery, AL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility. Under supervision of RNs or LPNs, CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has state-approved CNA training and certification, current CPR, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• Completed a state-approved CNA training program and CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a healthcare team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and move patients safely.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Document resident care and chart changes.
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection.
• Support residents with ADLs and promote independence.
• Offer emotional support and foster a compassionate environment.
• Ensure infection control and safety in emergencies.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and residents' families.
