Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic patient care, first aid and infection control.
• Ability to document and maintain records accurately.
• Capacity to follow care plans and respond to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and treatment to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist in lifting, transferring, and positioning residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Support nursing staff and participate in treatment planning.
