Job summary

The Blossoms at Dierks Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team in Dierks, Arkansas. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health needs, and ensure dignity and respect in all interactions.

As part of our care team, you will work under licensed nurses, maintain accurate records, and participate in discharge planning while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with families and caregivers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
