Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an Arkansas licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per patient assessment and care plan.
• Identify patients, record entries, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; transport patients as needed.
• Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and mobility; assist with daily activities.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures; communicate with nursing staff and patients.
