Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required or obtainable within a specified timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with families and caregivers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
