Job summary

Blue Ridge Therapy Connections in Stuart, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. This full-time role offers 7:00 am–7:00 pm shifts, alternating weekends, with pay from $18.00 to $20.58 per hour plus shift differentials.

You will provide basic nursing care under licensed supervision, assist residents with daily activities, and help maintain safe, comfortable, and dignified living.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred).
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - physical work is a primary part of the job.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended time periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care and hygiene.
• Handle linens, beds, and infection-control practices.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Perform restorative procedures as instructed.
• Record vital signs and report abnormalities to nurse.
