Blue Ridge Therapy Connections in Stuart, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs for full-time roles in a long-term care setting. Shifts include 7:00 am–7:00 pm and 7:00 pm–7:00 am with every other weekend, offering $18.00–$20.58 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing in the relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Change linens and keep beds clean per infection control guidelines.
• Assist residents with mobility, transport to appointments and activities.
• Record measurements (height/weight, vitals) and report changes to the nurse.
