Wyndhurst Health & Rehab Center in Lynchburg, VA is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care family. Full-time shifts are available with pay: $19.00–$21.72 per hour, plus shift differentials.

This role includes daily pay access, on-boarding via paperless processes, and a supportive, family-like culture. Join us to provide essential nursing assistance, participate in a strong mentorship program, and help residents live with dignity.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in good standing in the relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Must be compassionate, reliable and patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; physical work is part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and daily activities.
• Keep residents dry and comfortable; change gowns and linens as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and related areas; proper infection control.
• Assist with mobility, positioning and transport; ensure safety and dignity.
• Record vital signs and assist with routine measurements as instructed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs; monitor changes in condition.
• Support for personal well-being and participation in programs and activities.
