Job summary

Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, KS is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide total resident care, including ADLs, following each resident’s plan of care.

The role offers 12-hour shifts, three-day weekends every other weekend, and a robust benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options).

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs and total resident care as per care plan.
• Record vital signs and observe changes in condition.
• Observe and report changes in attitude, appetite, or behavior; maintain confidentiality.
