You will support transfers, ambulation, and routine tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse, uphold safety standards, document care activities, and contribute to compassionate, patient-centered service across the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of state approved nurse aide training program.

Aufgaben

• Assist with direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Support patient transfers, ambulation and positioning as needed.
• Document patient care data for medical records and billing as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and stock supplies.
