Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Phlebotomy Certification: Preferred in CA and HI
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Required

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living assistance (nutrition, hydration, personal care).
• Takes vital signs (pulse, BP) and reports to RN.
• Assists with bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Performs clerical duties and routes patient reports to maintain unit workflow.
• Fulfills other job-related duties as assigned.
