Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois C.N.A. Certificate.
• Current CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows residents to function independently (ADL support, dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to the nurse immediately.
• Perform assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager.
• Complete C.N.A. documentation including progress notes and meal/fluid intake.
