Job summary

Unity Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Long Term Care team in Rochester, NY. You will provide high quality, individualized patient care in collaboration with the nursing staff on days, 7a-3pm, with every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, transport, and documentation, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Required NYS CNA program completion and NYS certification; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must complete NYS approved CNA program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be registered CNA in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist residents with activities of daily living and assist with transportation and leisure activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment and report on resident status.
• Communicate with families and team, document care and reports to staff.
